Q: Why can't I log in anymore?
A: First of all, apologies to all. There are two reasons:
    1. The old database was not compatible with the new software, so we deleted it, rather than waste hours and millions of Euros trying to transfer it across.
    2. Customers have to make a new profile, which is held more under a more secure system than the old one.

Q: Do you sell customer information?
ANo. Never have, never will.

Q: What do I do if I want to buy an item that is listed as "out of stock"?
AWe have deliveries of new stock arriving all the time. Fill out the Contact Us form and we can let you know if a delivery is on its way or if we just haven't updated out stock levels on the system.

Q: Why can't I register if I live in Italy?
AWe have had many problems shipping items to Italy. Too many fail to arrive, so we stopped shipping to Italy.

Q: Is there a way to get items sent to Italy?
A: We will only ship items to Italy using a guaranteed, tracked service, which is more expensive.
    Complete the contact form, telling us what you want to buy. We will send a price, including the shipping cost. If you agree to the total, we will send a payment request via PayPal.
