Having trouble logging in to your user profile?
That's because we have deleted all the old user profiles and are requesting that all customers create a new profile.
Using the upgraded software we have a more secure system for storing user profile information.
Because the old database information was not directly compatible with the new database software and because it would have cost many, many Euros to convert, we decided the easiest thing would be to delete the old profiles and start afresh. All the old information regarding user profiles has been erased and is not accessible to any system.
